Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Our Commitment

Wildroot Estate Planning believes that everyone should be able to access clear, helpful information about estate planning.

We are committed to making our website welcoming and accessible to people with disabilities and to improving the website as accessibility standards, technology, and our content evolve.

Accessibility Efforts

We are working toward providing a website experience informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

As part of this ongoing effort, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and an organized page structure;

  • Provide alternative text for meaningful images;

  • Maintain readable text and sufficient color contrast;

  • Support navigation by keyboard when possible;

  • Use descriptive links, buttons, and form labels;

  • Avoid unnecessary animation or movement;

  • Provide captions, transcripts, or alternative formats for multimedia when appropriate;

  • Make downloadable materials accessible when reasonably possible; and

  • Review new website content with accessibility in mind.

This statement does not represent that every page, feature, or resource currently conforms fully to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome feedback about areas that could be improved.

Third-Party Services

Some website features are provided through third-party services, including Wix, Calendly, and Lawcus. Wildroot does not control every aspect of the accessibility of these independent platforms.

If you experience difficulty using a third-party scheduling form or another website feature, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or assistance through another reasonable method when possible.

Alternative Access and Accommodations

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, need information in a different format, or require an accommodation to communicate with Wildroot, please let us know.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide access through an alternative method that meets your needs. Requests are considered individually based on the nature of the information, service, and requested accommodation.

Accessibility Feedback

We welcome questions, suggestions, and reports of accessibility barriers. When contacting us, it is helpful—but not required—to include:

  • The webpage or feature you were trying to use;

  • A brief description of the difficulty you experienced;

  • The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using; and

  • The format or type of assistance that would be most helpful.

Please direct accessibility questions or requests to:
