No. Scheduling or completing a discovery call does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the firm confirms the engagement and the required agreement is signed.

How much does estate planning cost?

Wildroot’s flat-fee estate planning packages generally range from $2,000 to $8,000. The exact fee depends on your planning needs, family, assets, and selected package. You will receive pricing information before deciding whether to move forward.

Why flat fee packages instead of hourly billing?

Estate planning works best when you can ask questions and consider your choices without watching the clock. Flat-fee packages establish the scope and price before the legal work begins.

Do you serve clients outside the Boise area?

Wildroot serves clients throughout Idaho. Clients outside of the Treasure Valley may choose to work with us virtually and are not required to come to our physical office.
